Application

EPE foam sheet cutting machine cuts whole EPE foams into pieces. EPE form is a novel and environment friendly packaging material comprised of countless bubbles from physical foaming of low density polyethylene grease. EPE foam has many features such as moisture-proof, shock-proof, sound insulation, thermal insulation, plastic, ductile, recyclable, environment-friendly and impact resistant ability. EPE foam is an ideal alternative to traditional packaging material, which is widely used in the packaging of fragile high-end products such as electronics, as well as automobile seats and cushions. Its performance can be further improved by adding antistatic agent and flame retardant. It is not only pleasing to the eye, but also resistant to static electricity and burning.
